Signup problem

I am being unable to signup. I have tried multiple times with different emails and password combinations, always using an /e/ system running on a Gigaset GS290 device. No luck so far, attaching screenshots. Thanks for developing the app!

Same issue here. And it seems the issue is with foss version or when downloading from F-droid.
Whereas, the full version or downloading from Play Store has no such issues at all.
