Prebuilt Bitstream&Linux initializing only part of RAM on OrangeCrab

I use last prebuilt bitstream and linux. I have used them before, and everything worked fine. But now, it seems that linux is not initializing RAM correctly. The free command gives me the following results:

I thought it was a problem with the RAM chip, but I got same result with other one (brand new). Both are r0.2.1 25F.
