I am currently attempting to set up the RIMA pipeline for my RNA-seq analysis, and I have encountered a technical issue during the installation process. Specifically, I received a FileNotFoundError indicating that the file star_env.yml is missing:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/path_to_RIMA_pipeline/modules/preprocess/../envs/star_env.yml

I have verified the directory structure and confirmed that the envs folder does not contain this file. I also reviewed the documentation and the GitHub repository but could not find any references or templates for creating this file.

Could you please provide guidance on how to obtain or create the star_env.yml file? Any assistance or direction you can offer would be greatly appreciated, as it is essential for running the preprocessing modules correctly.
