Comment Lines Command Not Available On Spanish Keyboards

A student recently encountered an issue where they could not use the Comment Lines command due to the configuration of their keyboard.

As far as I understand, Spanish keyboards have a different configuration for the / symbol. This causes problems with the CTRL+/ that comments out lines of code.

Would it make sense to include CTRL+K+C in the list of keybindings, or perhaps to make the keyboard shortcut work with the / symbol on the number pad?
