Add the LC_API callback props to the LiveChatWidget component.

The LiveChatWidget doesn't support adding callback props. It can only use window.LC_API to control the liveChat's behavior. This will increase the code maintenance costs. If you think this is a good idea, I'd like to consider how to implement it.
