@omertzuk what issues do you see exactly? I see a few issues about the Tavus agent in this repo. We can probably update the docs as parts are unclear but here is what I did:

git clone https://github.com/livekit-examples/python-agents-examples.git
cd python-agents-examples
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate # Windows: venv\\Scripts\\activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
<Create a .env at the root of the `avatars` directory containing your LiveKit keys, Tavus key, and ElevenLabs key>
python avatars/tavus/tavus.py download-files
python avatars/tavus/tavus.py dev

In a separate window
cd python-agents-examples/avatars/tavus/voice-agent-frontend
npm install
npm run dev
<navigate to localhost:3000>
<It takes a few seconds, but the agent loads and starts talking>
