Problem

As a developer, or scope user, I would like to use the network AI capabilities through a managed workflow such as: know what models the network offers, create API keys, and manage my usage, and access the essential documents, and source codes of SDK.

Proposed Solution

Story 1
As an NaaP user,
I can link my DayDream Billing Provider account to NaaP using OAuth (wip)

Story 2
As an NaaP user,
From the Developer API Manager, I can create multiple projects. Each project must be linked to a billing provider.

Story 3
For each project I can create one or many API keys. Each API Key may have a name and must be part of a project. If not it will be assigned to a "default project"
