LDAP server cannot work, user not found

I depolyed keepass4web-rs using docker compose, and change the value of auth_backend to LDAP, and update the LDAP settings at the same time, but when I try to use LDAP user to login into keepass4web-rs website, it report error

For sure this user is exists, because I also use the same LDAP server in Jenkins, it works
