Insert/delete mutiple colums/rows at once

If I select 5 rows for instance, and right click on the left edge of the sheet to open the secondary menu, then it automatically select just the row my cursor is on top... therefore when I click on add/remove it does so only one row at a time.

Would be great if I can select 5 rows, then click the secondary button and hit "insert row" so it add 5 rows at once. Same thing with removing. Same thing with columns.
