[Feature Request] Add the possibility to set the default font for all spreadsheets (Including custom fonts)

Describe the solution you'd like

I highly value readability, and I would like to use a custom font family (Helvetica Neue eText Pro) for all sheets that are created with this plugin. I can set the font once I create a new sheet by selecting everything and changing the font, but it would be ideal if we could specify default fonts and styles.

Would love the ability to create a default "sheets" template.

BTW, I am a pro user.
