Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I forward all my delivery tracking emails to a shared mailbox. This means that the sender is no longer Amazon, DHL, or any other original sender. Currently, the integration seems to rely on the sender information, so I cannot see the forwarded emails or tracking details in the entity view.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if forwarded tracking information could also be recognized and displayed, regardless of the original sender or by manually adjusting sender information.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only solution I can think of would be not to forward emails, but that would negate the advantage of a shared mailbox for tracking purposes.
