update milvus to 2.3.x

Milvus has released a new version with GPU support:

As we have an Nvidia A10 GPU on our production server that we want to use for this, can you update milvus and test to make sure the existing index does not get wiped out?

It would be good to have to have a flag in the docker file to activate or deactivate this so that it can also be used on servers without GPU support.

nevermind. I restarted the containter and it built with the latest 2.3.2

false alarm. It was just the ATTU interface that reported the wrong version
