I have the same problem.

This repo using an old version of tensorflow(r0.12). Some errors may occur if you are using a recent version of TF.
There is a modified version in pull request. Check #77

use tensorflow.contrib.seq2seq wherever tensorflow.python.ops.nn you have written
it worked for me
