Does this require a certain Trello level?

I love the idea of this Chrome extension but I cannot get it to show for me.  I am using the free version.  I cannot seem to find a notation of any "level" requirement (ie. Gold, Business Class, Enterprise, etc).  I have restarted and I can't get the option to display from menu.  Please advise and thank you.
