llama stack run using base conda environment

I need to be able to specify the conda env. I dnt want to use the base env.

(base) xyz@fa063976:~/Documents/voice$ /home/xyz/miniconda3/envs/llama_stack/bin/llama stack build

It's a hack but you can override CONDA_DEFAULT_ENV env variable to specify a different conda env until a fix is implemented.
