X/Y/X plot produces an error at the end of image geberation

Newbie to Forge here, but have been using Auto for a while.
When I try to create an X/Y/Z plot using Forge, all of the images are generated except for the grid image. Instead of generating the grid there's an error in the UI:

TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable

And a longer error in the CMD window:

Any clues as to what's causing this?

There are multiple post commenting the same error with different solutions but none of them work for me in a clean install.
