Streamlined Model Selection Based on UI Radio Buttons

Feature Request:

1. Filtered Checkpoints: When a user selects a specific model type using the radio buttons (e.g., "xl" for SDXL models), the dropdown should only display checkpoints related to that model type.
2. Automatic VAE Loading: The UI should automatically load the VAE corresponding to the selected model type into the VAE/Text Encoder box.
   This change would streamline the workflow by reducing manual selection errors and ensuring that the appropriate models and VAE settings are always paired correctly.
