Help: text2img & img2img is sending image grid, not selected image

Hi. can anyone help with an issue where if I'm using text2img, img2img or inpaint tab to generate multiple images, supposedly the gallery includes the generated images and an image grid of all the images generated. The problem is that when I picked one of the image generated using text2img to send to extras,img2img or inpaint tab the image sent is always the grid image and not the one I have chosen. The same issue also happened when I'm using img2img.

1. Try generating image in batch either using text2img or img2img/inpaint tab. Result is multiple image is generated with an extra grid image with an overview of all the image generated.
   

2. Select one of the image to send to img2img/inpaint tab or extras or from img2img/inpaint tab to extras.
   

3. Result after image is sent is the grid image and not the chosen image
