Why the hell don't ya'all put right in the *!*@! UI places to chose where models are

This is mental. And atrocious ui and ux:
Expected: a tab that says: do you have models already? great just go here and click on the folders

Reality: where I am so disappointed. Try to get a fucking macro to work.

It's written in the prose of a madman, but I do agree. You can choose where the outputs go, why not be able to simply set where your models are kept so UIs that use the same models can all use a single location without having to screw around with symbolic links or whatever other workarounds.

It's already an option and was when OP made his post. You set the location of your models, LoRA's etc. by adding the options to the COMMANDLINE_ARGS= line in webui-user.bat. For instance I have mine set to --lora-dir G:\SDModels\Lora --ckpt-dir G:\SDModels\Stable-diffusion
