Is there a way to uninstall webui-user.bat downloads?

I'm kind of new to this.
I tried installing forge through the git clone method, since I already had git and python, and did not need it to come with the one-click installation package. However, I stopped part way through because I needed visual studio for the uninstall webui-user.bat downloads. I then deleted the forge file to see if I could try again with the other method. After uninstalling it by deleting the forge file, I noticed I had 8 less GB than I started out with. If I ever wanted to do a full uninstall, where would I find those files? Otherwise, what did it download, and where are they on my pc?

Might be the pip cache, it's in C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\pip

I looked it up and it says that pip is the package installer for python. Does that mean I can remove it at some point after I set up Forge, or is it required for Forge to run?

Yep, you can safely remove it. The files Forge uses directly are installed into the venv folder.
