So sick of this thing breaking down on VPN toggle

Every damn time I enable VPN during generation (and it's hard to do otherwise considering how long it takes) the GUI stops working - no new images displayed, no model change, I have to to gradio folder to see new gens). Refreshing the page means entering the entire configuration again, including the XYZ params, which I always use.
Why the hell does a local generation software care about VPN? Don't tell me those affect localhost, this would be ridiculous.

You have some kind of wrong VPN. Everything works fine for me.

It's not even about VPN, this poorly coded piece of app breaks down whenever anything network-related changes. So I launch generation, pull network cable out of my PC and it shows this "connection lost" popup, then it won't update the GUI until you refresh the page. Whoever made a locally run software depend on internet connection should be ashamed of themselves.

I've noticed this behavior too, every time my connection goes down, forge spazzes out. Auto111's original distro doesn't have this problem. What's causing this?
