Forge No Longer Displaying Results [solved]

I don't know what's gone wrong, but without changing anything with my Forge install, I've found that any results it produces are no longer displayed. Instead I just get a generic icon where the output image would usually be:

The output image IS created - it's not failing to generate an image. I can go and find it in the output folder. It just doesn't get displayed anymore. What's likely to have changed/gone wrong?

Any ideas?

Nvm.. figured it out.
Somewhere along the line my shortcut as lost the 'run as admin' flag.
