Soft inpainting "update"

The latest update mentioned something about Soft Inpainting, but I can't find it in the usual accordion anymore. Is it a bug or did it get moved somewhere?

I just noticed, initially I made changes in this script for old automatic1111 webui, so this line changing it position to be on top of tabs img2img/Sketch/Inpaint like it old version.

It's moved to here, but can be easily fixed by commenting this line back.

I just noticed in console I0m getting this error. So it's just me?

For some reason my both venv's already had joblib (probably from extensions), so I added it in dependencies list.
I posted PR #2961 with fixes, for now is best to install joblib using:

source venv/bin/activate
pip install joblib

Or under windows:

venv\scripts\activate
pip install joblib

Also there was nasty bug, I didn't even tested on fewer than 6 cores CPU it was bugged and it didn't applied soft inpaint at all, so with this PR it got fixed.
