AnimateDiff - Broken

Hi.
Recently I have a problem with Stable Diffusion Forge, namely I wanted to make an animation from a YT tutorial, unfortunately it seems that VAE does not want to apply to the module/color animation or VAE is ok but something with AnimateDiff/forge or the module. Anyway, I can't fix it, I reinstalled Stable Diffusion, it didn't help. No one knows on discord either, the problem is similar to generating images on checkpoints, some need VAE, e.g. 84000, to impose colors and some without VAE, the problem here is that I placed different VAE, 840000, lk-f8-anime, automatic, nothing helps, I also changed the mm_sd15_v2 or v3 module and the others don't help either, I'm running out of ideas, can anyone help me solve this problem, I'm attaching a video below. BTW this problem has only forge not A1111
