Extras Tab Scale By Max Side Length

For batch processing this feature, a great time saver, automatically scales large images to a more manageable size, and it is already implemented in A1111 - about 2-3 versions ago, but missing from Forge.

It would be much appreciated if this was implemented in the new Forge.
