The simulator configuration can be defined both in configuration YAML file and through command line parameters, when command line parameters override values provided in the file. Currently, we do not print to log the final configuration values used for simulator creation and work. The goal of this task is to capture the moment when the final configuration is determined and log it at the 'info' level
