Create a proto object for gRPC traffic #283
Description
The first iteration of the proto object can be very simple, as its first use case will be for validation of other portions of the llm-d stack: Defined here: kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api-inference-extension#1991
However we should name this in such a way that it can hopefully be used when a more robust gRPC proto is defined for inference
