Permissions sync between forges #242
Description
Repository owners will need to define their maintainers and permissions structure on both the source and destination forges. It may be cumbersome to maintain both of these permissions list simultaneously.
If it can be done in a secure fashion, we should look into creating an automated mapping between GH repo permissions and their equivalents on a GL instance.
