[ADT] Simplify SmallDenseMap::swap (NFC)

This patch simplifies the swapping of *getLargeRep().

In other places, we treat the two member variables together like:

  new (getLargeRep()) LargeRep(allocateBuckets(InitBuckets));

This patch makes the code a little more consistent with other places
copying/moving LargeRep.
