[lldb] Use heterogenous lookups with std::map (NFC) (#115684)

Heterogenous lookups allow us to call find with StringRef, avoiding a
temporary heap allocation of std::string.  Note that CommandMap just
started accepting heterogeneous lookups (#115634).
