Revert "[lldb] Cortex-M exception unwind API test cleanup" (#162520)

This reverts commit 01a8f9b.

The reason is "lldb-remote-linux-win" buildbot breakage
(https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/197/builds/9625).
