[SPIRV] Non-deterministic compiler output for debug-type-pointer.ll #123791
Description
Reverse-iteration bot detected that the test llvm/test/CodeGen/SPIRV/debug-info/debug-type-pointer.ll has non-determinstic output. #123764 makes the test pass by allowing the non-deterministic output, but it's still a bug: the compiler output should be deterministic.
