Why Are you requesting commit access ?
TLDR: I need commit access to contribute to the SPIR-V MLIR dialect.
I started contribution to the SPIR-V MLIR dialect few weeks ago, and so far, submitted 3 PRs (2 merged #123759 #124571 and 1 in review #124124). I have more patches in the pipeline at various stages of development, so I am going to be a more regular contributor, at least for the time being. With that in mind, it will make my and reviewers life easier, if I don't have to keep asking for the change to be merged. So, I believe it makes sense for me to have the commit access considering I am going to contribute regularly. This is my "professional" account that is linked to the company (Imagination Technologies) email and its part of its GitHub organization, so I hope it adds to my credibility.
