Why Are you requesting commit access ?

Hi, I'm a compiler developer at IBM. I mostly work on loop optimizations and occasionally on the PowerPC targets, and have a few more patches in the pipeline. I'm also starting development for JITLink support for XCOFF. Having commit access will help a lot in the case of resolving build breaks, and maintaining XCOFF in JITLink. Thanks!
