Yes, however be aware that std::hive is a very complex data structure. My initial thought was to base our implementation on the reference implementation mentioned in the paper. I see that you have not contributed to libc++ yet -- this issue may not be the best fit for a first time contributor due to its complexity.

If you do want to go for it, feel free to open a PR and we'll take a look, and we can provide some guidance.

@changkhothuychung I will do it I am just ramping up with other easier ones as it is not needed now, once I finish the other two I will start.
