Why Are you requesting commit access ?

I'm an undergraduate with a strong interest in compiler design. Over the past month I have made several contributions to llvm/llvm-project and llvm/clangir, and I'm planning to take part in GSoC 2025 on ClangIR upstreaming. Obtaining commit access would help me work more efficiently by allowing me to merge my own PRs upon approval.
