Why Are you requesting commit access ?

I am going to join the rotation for llvm sanitizer-build-watchers.

If I had commit access, I could revert the PR that caused the sanitizer-build failure myself. This would save me from having to interrupt my colleagues who have commit access to ask them to revert the PR.
