I created #148252 to track this but really the work will be yak shaving the regressions on RISCV targets.

Hi, what is the due date for this task? I can volunteer if this change is not needed urgently

At this stage it's probably enough for people to triage the regressions and report back on this ticket, or raise child tickets on what needs doing. It seems to be mainly to do with the riscv shift32 and recursion depth limits.
