Why are you requesting commit access ?

I'm a developer in the msvc fork of LLVM's ASan. I'm interested in upstreaming our changes to improve ASan support on Windows overall, as well as generally making improvements to sanitizer support for Windows directly upstream. That helps keep the divergence between our repos small, and benefit the community at large. I'm also interested in assisting with code review, and helping new contributors merge code into the Windows ASan implementation, as I realize the pool of available reviewers today is small.

On a more personal note, I've long been interested in contributing to LLVM directly beyond ASan, including compiler bits and beyond; so I'm interested in participating in LLVM beyond msvc-specific matters. Thanks!

@davidmrdavid FYI any LLVM contributors can support your request. For example, you could ask any of your Microsoft colleagues working on ASan (or LLVM more generally) to vouch for you (you just need one more).
