Could you please try 21 Release Candidate or main branch? Only most recent release is maintained.

The highlighting shown in the screenshot is not done by clangd, but by vscode's client-side highlighting engine.

The repo for vscode's c++ highlighting is https://github.com/jeff-hykin/better-cpp-syntax; please report the issue there, or alternatively try this plugin which often produces more reliable results.
