[clang-format] hangs when formatting a file

Run

clang-format -i tmp.c

will get stucked forever without any output.

tmp.txt. Please rename it from tmp.txt into tmp.c as github rejects .c-extension attachments and only accepts .txt.

Works with version 20.1.8:

$ time clang-format -i tmp.c

real	1m29.578s
user	1m17.124s
sys	0m8.683s

hmmm? Surpising to me, as most times clang-format requires only <<0.1 seconds to format a file as large as this one... This is surprising...
