Why Are you requesting commit access ?

Hi!
I love contributing on the LLVM Project, specifically Clang, and would like to be able to merge my pull requests without needing to ask the reviewers. Furthermore, it would be practical to be able to add reviewers myself, and take advantage of all the other features without disturbing them. I will not push commits without a review until I obtain more experience.
