man page isn't installed

lld comes with a man page (lld/docs/ld.lld.1) -- but "make install" and friends never install it -- it's not listed in any CMakeLists.txt files.

I'm not sure what the canonical way to install man pages via CMake is - will try to take a look.

My initial attempt did not work, will have to do some more CMake research.

Bump, it seems like several Linux distributions including Arch are not including this man page for this reason
