Request to review access block – Accidental VPN usage

Dear LMSYS team,

I’m writing to kindly request a review of a recent access restriction to Chatbot Arena (chat.lmsys.org). It appears that my devices (both laptop and mobile) were blocked after I accidentally connected to the platform through a VPN on my phone. This was not intentional misuse — just an honest mistake while exploring the interface.

I greatly appreciate your work in providing open and fair AI model evaluations, and I use the Arena only for personal learning and research.

If possible, I’d be grateful if you could consider lifting the restriction. I will avoid using any proxies or VPNs when accessing your service in the future.
