fix item submit AJAX handling to redirect

Thanks to jQuery's sub-part `.success()` handling (which is deprecated since 1.8 thankfully), the code in `site.js` needs updating to use `.done()` and HTTP Status Code handling.

Otherwise the redirecting doesn't happen.
