Need to change prompt template to run GLM Z1 with runtime v1.28

This error was first reported on ggml-org/llama.cpp#12957 (comment) , and the prompt template can be found on https://huggingface.co/ilintar/THUDM_GLM-Z1-9B-0414_iGGUF .
It can be fixed and I create this issue to remind other user. But I still hope to support chained function/indexing calls (according to the issue comment above) or change the prompt template in official quantalization.
