Add Route Protection and Authentication Middleware

WHY

As a project management template, Circle needs authentication and route protection examples that developers can use when implementing real functionality. Currently:

• All routes are publicly accessible without authentication examples
• No middleware demonstrates how to protect sensitive pages
• Missing session management patterns
• No examples of role-based access control

WHAT I PROPOSE

Add middleware that demonstrates authentication patterns and protected routes that template users can adapt.
