Umbrel support

Hi , I want to use this on Umbrel  but failed because of env issues.
For example when I try to install with cargo install --locked --path=watchtower-plugin,
I ve got an env_logger version error.
I guess the cargo is 1.46 which is much lower 
How can I resolve this issue ? Any ideas?
