[Bug] Error after file upload

Receiving Error after file upload. The problems is on the tRPC router error. I suspect it happens when trying to get the URL of the file.

File is successfully uploaded:

But the Lobechat File keeps erroring

📷 Recurrence Steps

1. Deploy the Self-Hosted version of the Lobechat to Vercel. Follow advanced self-hosting to hook up Neon Postgres, Cloudflare R2, Clerk etc.
2. Go to files
3. Upload a file
4. Receiving above error

🚦 Expected Behavior

Successfully query and display the file on Files tab from Cloudflare R2 or AWS S3 when files are successfully uploaded.

you may not set APP_URL ?

The issue is on the S3 public access domain setting. Once this is configured correctly, the error has resolved.
