1.0.0 Release blockers

What do we think are stopping marking this module as full release?
From my list:

• Installing localgov_forms when webforms already installed overwrites webform settings #34
• Drupal 11 support #90
• Address lookup does not populate address in localgov_scarfolk / base #53 (Needs to be resolved in Localgov base?)
• Date validation just hangs with no error message when incorrect date #36 (If this hasn't yet been fixed)
• Should localgov_forms_date be a seperate sub module? #119 (resolve the discussion)
• Replace centralhub references in the address lookup #57 (Potential issues if someone is relying on that javascript).

Nice to have

• Change the required Asterix to an (optional) label on non required fields #102
• Suggest drupal/webform_config_ignore #93
• No option to set the wording for validation messages on LGD address lookup #62
• LGD date validation messages not using custom wording #63
